Application

These terms apply whenever you use the app. Please review these terms before using the app.

App content

The app helps users record and enjoy focus time through a focus timer, focus logs, items, companions, and grove layout features.

In-app purchases

The app may offer the Focus Grove Pass subscription and the Mug Mole one-time purchase. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow App Store and Apple procedures.

Subscriptions can be managed through Apple ID settings. Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by Apple's policies.

Data storage

App data is stored on the device. If the user turns on iCloud storage, supported data is saved to iCloud and used to carry data over to devices using the same Apple ID.

Depending on network conditions, iCloud status, device state, and related factors, data may not be saved or restored successfully.

Prohibited actions

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with operation of the app
• Unauthorized modification, analysis, or copying of the app
• Acts that infringe the rights of third parties
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator

Disclaimer

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the app. App content and features may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Changes to these terms

The operator may revise these terms when necessary. Revised terms become effective when posted on this page.
